These terms apply to Nexora's document, PDF, HR and career tools and the online document-formatting service. Please read the privacy policy before submitting information.

Use your own or authorized material

Only upload documents and information you have permission to use and process. Do not use Nexora for unlawful activity, misleading qualifications, harmful content or attempts to access other people's accounts or files.

Review the results

AI outputs can be incomplete or wrong. Check names, facts, calculations, formatting and suitability before relying on a result. Nexora is not a recruitment agency and does not guarantee interviews, jobs, ATS scores or other outcomes. Outputs are not legal, financial or professional advice.

Availability and limits

The website uses free-tier hosting and other external services. It may be slow after inactivity, unavailable or subject to file-size, usage and service limits. Features can change. Keep copies of your original files and download results you need; Nexora is not a permanent document-storage service.

Paid options and online document help

Any paid tool must show its price and purchase details before payment. Check those details before approving a purchase. For WhatsApp document help, agree the scope, price, delivery date, file format, included revisions and cancellation or refund arrangements before work begins. This service is fully online and does not offer physical meetings. The landing page itself does not take payment.

Accounts and third-party services

Keep your account secure and do not share passwords or verification codes. Google, Supabase, Render, Gemini, WhatsApp and any payment provider may apply their own terms to their services. Nexora does not promise uninterrupted operation or error-free results. Nothing on this page removes rights that apply under law.
