Common questions
Is the hike always on the full CTC?
Usually yes for appraisals, but some companies apply the percentage only to Basic. Check your increment letter - if it is on Basic, enter your Basic here instead.
How do I compare two job offers?
Run both CTCs through the take-home salary calculator - a higher CTC does not always mean higher in-hand if the structure differs.
